Sign our Code of Conduct The Ontario Equestrian Vaulting Association’s (OEVA) mission is to provide a fun, safe and rewarding atmosphere that promotes the sport of equestrian vaulting within the province of Ontario. We are committed to providing opportunities for growth and mentorship to coaches, recreational vaulters, and competitive vaulters at provincial, national or international levels through clinics, educational training sessions, regional competitions, and local demonstrations. The OEVA Members Code of Conduct describes the expectations and obligations associated with a member to be in good standing, regardless of membership payment. The OEVA holds the right and responsibility to revoke memberships not in good standing or in violation of the Members Code of Conduct. Signature is required acknowledging that the following is the preliminary 2025 Members Code of Conduct. Finalized code of conduct to be shared on Ontario Equestrian Vaulting Association website, to which all members will be notified. Members will practice fairness and honesty and will encourage others to act in such an ethical manner without discrimination. Members will consistently display high personal standards for self and animal welfare, that projects OEVA in a favorable image, and generally not engage in conduct or make public statements likely to harm, defame or discredit the sport of Equestrian Vaulting or OEVA. Members understand that a requirement of each stable to participate in a OEVA Vaulting Show will be to volunteer. Volunteers are to attend to their volunteer duties in a timely and professional manner. Bullying and harassment of the Board, Members, Volunteers etc. is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in any manner.
